Accomplished Personal Trainer with 11+ years of gym floor experience, consisting of 10,000+ hours of helping clients progress towards their goals during tailored one-to-one PT sessions.
 
A client-focused approach prioritises the needs of the individual, matching exercise selection and workout intensity, to current fitness levels and personal goals.

Continued support and guidance creates an environment in which clients can feel comfortable yet determined to pursue and often surpass their goals.
